Norma has it set up for us to move through about 10 stations before going inside to work with Mike. For 25 minutes we:
- Hop over the green hurdles (forward and sideways)
- Do football style footwork through the ladders
- Work our arms with what seem to be an endless amount of rope lunges
- Suffer through Speed rows
- And, Speed presses
- Take on front kicks
- Push ups
- Triceps dips
- High step ups
- And, sideways lunge with leg band and weight
What an awesome way to start the day!
