Sunday is Big Salad night, mainly because it is when I prepare my On the Go salad for the week. I always keep a huge container of it in the fridge so that assembling salads for lunch and dinner are easy and filled with lots of Super Foods. I decided to put a slight Asian twist on tonight's dinner and used a rub filled with sesame seeds and Chinese Five Spice.
In tonight's salad:
- Baby Spinach
- Baby Romaine
- Red Kale
- Green Onion
- Radish
- Chicken Breast
- Quinoa
- Toasted Almonds
- Mandarin Oranges
- Garbanzo Beans
- Galeo's Miso Ginger Dressing
