Boot Camp

Saturday morning started with Boot Camp, of course!  For some reason, this workout is especially hard as we also worked outside with Mike's wife Norma, who I have to say, is probably just as intense as he is.

Norma has it set up for us to move through about 10 stations before going inside to work with Mike.  For 25 minutes we:
  • Hop over the green hurdles (forward and sideways)
  • Do football style footwork through the ladders
  • Work our arms with what seem to be an endless amount of rope lunges
  • Suffer through Speed rows
  • And, Speed presses
  • Take on front kicks
  • Push ups
  • Triceps dips
  • High step ups
  • And, sideways lunge with leg band and weight





What an awesome way to start the day!
