Sunday Night Grilled Fish Tacos
Sunday afternoon we gathered at Ken and Jolee's for some sun and pool time followed by a mega feast of grilled fish tacos, sweet corn, watermelon and feta salad, chimichurri, scalloped tomatoes, and grilled pineapple with blueberries and Saba for dessert. I'm gathering recipes and will post by this weekend, stay tuned!
