What Happens In Vegas (Day 2, Part 2)

Well, after a day of shopping and trying to walk off our breakfast, we headed to the new Cirque Du Soleil performance of The Beatles LOVE.

We were feeling a bit silly after the performance and an hour and a half of singing along to every single Beatles song so we decided to capture the moment and snapped a photo, and just in time.  The crew started yelling at us shortly after this that photography was not allowed.  Oops!

Dinner was a repeat of breakfast, with the very generous staff at Bartolotta's at the Wynn treating us to an unforgettable dining experience.  Of course, we started with the Sommelier's suggestion of wines from Italy.

And started with salads and pastas.  Jolee and I split the Lasagnette con Ragu di Crostacei, or,
“rags” of pasta, lobster, shrimp, crab, white wine, tomato

We decided to split a whole fish for the table and ordered the John Dory, prepared in a delicious white wine, tomato and garlic broth.  The tableside service was also a great touch!

Now, here is where it got nutty.  The manager at Bartolottas decided we needed to sample every dessert on the menu.  When they brought them out, we grumbled that there was no way we could do it, and insisted it would go to waste.  I'm embarrassed to say, there was not one dessert left standing.
